This first agency session of the year we visited our friends at HERC!
HERC is a creative agency that is inspired by the origin of Hip Hop and the way it is still influencing the masses.HERC is breaking boundaries by continuously going against the current, and incorporating pop-culture in their advertising campaigns.
So breaking boundaries is at the heart of HERC. Not only in the way they create campaigns, but also in the way they work together as a team. Have you ever felt uncomfortable asking questions to a senior? Afraid to speak up in meetings as a junior? Ask about salary or make a comment about gender (in)equality? During this session, we've showed how they deal with these topics at HERC and.. we even eliminated more agency hierarchy on the spot!
After a introduction about HERC - because who doesn’t like a sneak peek of the agency that creates campaigns like YoungCapital | Whatever Works - HERC discussed one of the cases they worked on. After that we opened up the conversation about breaking boundaries on the workfloor.
